IVECO service centers
AVT Motors has three offices and two repair facilities in Moscow (4500m² and 1400m²). Construction of another large service center will begin near the Bakovka village, 5 km to the west of Moscow along the highway to Minsk.
In July 2006 AVT Motors has bought an old motor transport depot in Krasnodar. After the repair a new autocenter will be opened. There are following towns/cities in the Krasnodar area: Sochi, Novorossiisk, Anapa, Tuapse, Gelendgik and etc. This important area on Black sea will soon be seriously reconstructed, which will stimulate great demand for heavy-load trucks.
Moreover we continue developing sub-dealer network. The sub-dealer agreements with partners from Yaroslavl and Engels (Saratov region) have been signed in May and June 2006. There are negotiations going on with a number of potential regional partners. Several companies have been refused.
AVT Motors has swiftly developed own network, as a result we reduced the main circulating capital for a while. The assortment of trucks has been cut down on the warehouses. Having restored the capital, AVT Motors has a great potential to quickly occupy a half of Russian Iveco market (7% of all Russian imported trucks market).
